We’re proud to be one of the host venues for the 20th Rainbow Film Festival, Sun 21 – Sun 28 July 2019.
The programme includes a range of events from film screenings, Q&A sessions, films for children, and young people screenings to a women in film conference and a film exhibition.
The Rainbow Film Society is a non-profit charity organisation that promotes cultural awareness.
‘A key target group of our festival is the local community in Tower Hamlets that otherwise would have no access to such films. As Tower Hamlets is a multicultural society, it is of utmost importance to explore the history, culture and tradition of different communities and forge a better understanding to appreciate the cultural diversity, promote racial harmony and create better community cohesion.’ – Rainbow Film Society
