You will get to saw, drill, sand and paint your decoration. We will also be drawing, painting and printing a card which your decoration can be attached to, making it a lovely gift for family or friends.

There are three 45min sessions – at 1pm, 2pm and 3pm. Families will be seated at separate tables to allow for social distancing, with a maximum of three people per family table.

Poetry in Wood will also have a small stall selling items made by its designers.

Poetry in Wood is a charity based in LBTH for people with learning disabilities to learn design and making skills from skilled technicians. Students follow an accredited course which leads to becoming a designer where they make and sell hand-made woodwork products and commissions.
