Joe McAlister presents

A.M.I. (Another Memory Interrupted)

Until Saturday 2 September
Foyer (4th Floor)
free

In a nutshell

A.M.I creates a personal experience for each user, analysing your relationships online, opening them up for critique and self-reflection

Go on...

Provide the piece with your twitter account and watch it analyse your relationships with people live. Studying what makes you feel happy, sad, worried and anxious while simultaneously suggesting their root causes. Is it correct? Do you live a different life online?

Watch your memories and content blend with the creators own, creating a piece of self-reflection and exploration, unique, just for you.

What to Expect

After providing A.M.I with your twitter username she will audibly guide you through your own personal experience using projection mapping and sculpture to create a unique interactive memory

Timings:

Friday 18:00 - 22:00

Saturday 14:00 - 22:00

Who's Involved

Joe McAlister is a computational artist and privacy advocate. Typically focusing on ‘metadata’ and the fascinating details it can reveal about ourselves. Whether it’s double personas, ambitions or small mannerisms these tiny pieces of data often left behind on social media can tell a much larger, more interesting picture.
