In a nutshell
A workshop and book-signing with award-winning Syrian children’s author and illustrator Nadine Kaadan!
Leila lives in a high orange tower waiting for Sami, but every time Sami arrives, he calls and calls from down below but she doesn’t answer and he wonders why - until he finally realises that they may speak a different language.
Answer Me, Leila! is a story dedicated to children with hearing difficulties and was awarded the ‘Best Fiction Book for Children with Special Needs’ from the Anna Lindh foundation.
What to Expect
Join Nadine Kaadan in an interactive storytelling and illustration workshop that sheds a light on her creative process, from inspiration to final product.
