The workshop will be a space where women can feel inspired and where they can explore their feelings, thoughts and opinions through writing. Writing as a process of healing, writing as a process of discovery. This workshop is for Latin American women who not necessarily have written poetry before but want to explore and learn about this form of art and for writers who want to sharpened their abilities and connect with other writers.

Showcasing and promoting new artistic trends and expressions from different latitudes of the Latin-American culture, FLAWA intends to open a space for self-identifying women with a Latin American background to reclaim their narratives through a variety of artistic expressions.
