The role is part of the Marketing & Communications team and includes:

  • Attending events in the programme (across Live, Cinema and Take Part) and posting engaging live socials across Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
  • Listing upcoming events with promotion partners and press listing sites.
  • Arranging reciprocal marketing activity.
  • Supporting the team with the upkeep of the signage, posters and print racks in the building.
  • Using Adobe design software (which you will be trained in using) to create engaging graphics for social media, print and in-house screens.
  • Updating the website (using the content management system, WordPress which you will be shown how to use), ensuring the information is kept accurate and engaging.


Suitable candidates must be aged 16-24, currently be claiming Universal Credit and are required to apply through local Job Centres following a referral from their Work Coach.
