Irish Film London collaborate with Moundabout to present a unique live performance soundtracking archival film.

As part of a project exploring creative repurposing of visual archives, Irish Film London dived into the Northern Ireland Screen Digital Film Archives and found a treasure trove of silent footage which was waiting to be rediscovered.

From long forgotten landscapes to barely recognisable towns and cities; from seaside holiday-makers to abandoned cultural practices, the archives give us a chance to look back in time and add new meaning to old images, by combining them with exciting and highly original new music.

Moundabout are Paddy Shine of Gnod and Phil Masterson of Los Langeros/Damp Howl/Bisect.
