Our building is home to more than 20 resident organisations that form an essential part of our creative community.
Our residents connect with us through their creativity, energy, and passion for the communities they work with. They operate in many areas including production, contemporary art, charities, music – and much more.
As a charity, the income we earn from workspace rentals supports our mission to transform lives through creativity. This funding is essential for our projects and initiatives.
We love being around other creative people, charities and businesses. Because our work is all about having a positive impact on the community, it’s important that we’re based in a venue that is so strongly rooted in the local community.

Action Syria
Action Syria works with local partners to make sure Syrian communities have the medical care and education they need, every day and when emergencies strike.
AFFORD
The African Foundation for Development (AFFORD) was established in 1994 with a mission to expand and enhance the contributions Africans in the diaspora make to African development.
Cinematik
Established to support filmmakers, producers, and cinemas, Cinematik combines a network of over 150 independent cinemas with bespoke hyper-local advertising to connect great films with their perfect audience.
Como No
The forefront of Latin music in the UK since the 1980s. Bringing the vibrant sounds of Latin America to stages across London and beyond.
Deaf Rave CIC
Deaf Rave CIC provide workshops in Event Management, DJing, VJing and British Sign Language (BSL) as well as Deaf Awareness taster workshops for government and council organisations and festivals.
Drake Music
A music charity that believes everyone has the right to express themselves creatively through music and uses new technologies and ideas to open access to all.
Elbow Productions
Elbow make films. Elbow design interactive games. Elbow produce large-scale, multi-screen installations. Their world embraces museums, heritage and visitor attractions, commercial, educational and arts-based projects.

Hear Me Out run music and arts workshops with people in UK immigration detention centres and asylum hotels to release the words, music, and life stories of the people held inside.
Hospital Records
Hospital Records is a British independent record label. Primarily releasing drum and bass, the label was started in 1996 by Tony Colman and Chris Goss, and has grown into one of the most well-known labels within UK dance music.
