In Living Memory Exhibition - Community Day

In Living Memory brings together stories, photographs, objects and oral histories from generations of East Londoners, exploring the struggles they faced, the communities they built, and the ways they organised for change.

Created by seven young East London researchers in collaboration with Rich Mix, Queen Mary University of London and a network of local organisers, historians and community leaders, the project connects past and present through conversations across generations.

Discover stories that might otherwise be lost, hear directly from people who lived them, and explore what their experiences can teach us today.
