What are the stories we’re telling about ourselves and our communities? How can photography help to share our ideas?
In Focus is a 6-week creative photography and philosophy course, for Muslim and non-Muslim women, where we will use philosophical thinking to explore big questions together that have no straight-forward answers. Personal and shared views, experiences and memories will inspire collages, weaving together photography and words, to be showcased in a public exhibition.
Rich Mix and Global Learning London will facilitate the sessions alongside training in practical photography skills and knowledge with photographer Sarah Ainslie.
Join in if…
…you want to understand more about different cultures
…you want to get creative (no previous experience necessary)
…you want to make new friends with local women
