Rich Mix and the Pic’n’Mix ‘team’ invite you to a Literacy and Filmmaking Online Training CPD, which will provide inspiration, techniques and resources to help you support your pupils to produce a finished film, as part of
“My Story, Our Story”
This online Zoom meeting is supported by THAMES, with 2 sections, facilitated by Amani Saeed & Mr Gee and Into Film. The session’s activities include poetic and dramatic conventions and filming for performance.
You’ll develop techniques to help your young people increase their love and passion for filmmaking, and as the theme of Pic’n’Mix supports the recovery curriculum PSHE approaches will also be considered. With a leaning toward poetic and narrative storytelling, through filmmaking you’ll help your young people develop a range of skills including teamwork, time management and creative problem-solving.
