- It’s the customer’s responsibility to check all details are correct when booking.
- Tickets are non-refundable, but they may be exchanged at least 24 hours before the event if we have the physical tickets here at our Box Office. All exchanges are at the discretion of the Box Office and Management team.
- Tickets bought online or by phone are subject to a £1.50 booking fee per transaction. However, if you buy tickets in person or if you’re a member, there’s no booking fee.
- Advance tickets for live events must be collected from the Box Office. We do not post tickets.
- Advance tickets for the cinema are all e-tickets only. When you arrive, you can head straight to our cinema entrance, past the Cinema Bar on the first floor, and either present the e-ticket on your phone or show a printed copy.
- When booking advance tickets, we’ll ask if you want to sign up for emails from us. We’ll store any personal information you provide to us while booking, but we won’t share it with anyone else without your permission. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
- Tickets for some Rich Mix events are also available through other ticket agencies. These tickets are subject both to our terms and conditions of sale and to those of the agency.
- We reserve the right to:
- Refuse admission or ask ticket-holders to leave at any point on reasonable grounds, including for health and safety, for licensing reasons or if we believe other patrons’ comfort, enjoyment or security may be affected.
- Delay latecomers’ entry until a suitable break in the performance, which may be during the interval or at the discretion of the Management team. At some events, the artists or performers may not allow latecomers to be admitted. Please call our Box Office on 020 7613 7498 for more information about a particular show. For Cinema+ screenings, customers arriving 15 minutes after the film has started will not be admitted. We don’t refund tickets for latecomers.
- Alter the advertised programme without advance notice. However, we do our best to avoid any such changes and will make every effort to let you know if the event you’re attending has changed.
- Please note:
- Screen trailers in our cinema for a minimum of 15 minutes before the start of a film.
- As standard, we advertise the doors times for events taking place in The Stage, and the start time for events taking place in The Studio and The Mix. Occasionally this may vary, in which case we will ensure the page features the correct information. We advise that you arrive in good time prior to any performance to ensure your comfort.
- Please read our age restrictions fully.
- Children under 8 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for all films starting after 7pm.
- Under-18s must follow any BBFC age ratings in our cinema. We reserve the right to refuse admission to some films without proof of age.
- Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult for all evening events in The Stage.
- Some of our live events may have age recommendations or restrictions – check our website or contact the Box Office for details about specific events.
- Younger children are welcome at our events – but if they become unsettled during a performance and their behaviour affects others’ enjoyment of the event, we may ask you to take them outside.
- Complimentary tickets are issues by Management when a situation or circumstance warrants such a gesture e.g. as prizes, as a token of goodwill.
- Rich Mix endeavour to honour all claims on these tickets across our live events and cinema programme.
- However, for cinema, we are contractually obliged with some film distributors, including Universal Pictures and Disney, to not issue complimentary tickets in the first two weeks of a new film title being released. On such occurrences, we invite you to see something else or return after this time-frame.
- Rich Mix and permitted third parties may carry out filming or recording for promotional or archival purposes. You consent to you and your party appearing in such recordings without advance notice or payment. Please speak to a member of Rich Mix staff if you have any questions regarding this.
- The use of cameras, mobile phones or any recording equipment is not permitted in the cinema.
- Any audio and/or visual recording of a live event is prohibited without prior agreement with the Management team, and we reserve the right to refuse to allow such equipment on the premises.
- CCTV operates in all areas of the building for the purposes of public safety. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more detail.
- Some performances may use special effects, such as strobe lighting. We aim to let audiences know in advance if this is the case. Please check our website or contact the Box Office for details on specific events.
- Mobile phones, pagers, watch alarms and other similar devices that can be an irritant to other patrons should be turned off or switched to silent mode during any live event or cinema screening.
- Our website is for your own personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information obtained from it.
