Our Journeys was an eight-week local history and creative textiles project exploring local history and migration stories to Tower Hamlets. Leading to the creation of a StoryTent showcased in a public exhibition at Rich Mix, the tent is currently travelling to schools and community fairs around the borough. Rich Mix and Tower Hamlets Local History Library & Archives supported the project alongside training in practical textiles skills and knowledge with artists Teresa Hare Duke, Jakia Khanom and Tracy Barbe.
