We’re back on Sunday to celebrate creativity and the essential contributions of Deaf, Disabled, and neurodivergent playwrights. Here’s what’s happening on Sunday:

 

10:30am – Doors open
11:00am – Catch the three short plays we showcased yesterday: Big Dog, Haunted Meat and My Night with El** Mu**. Written by Madeleine Farnhill, Jordon Grant and Jesse Stone. Directed by Jenny Sealey OBE and Nickie Miles-Wildin.
12:25pm – Take a short break
1:00pm – Join us for ‘Self-producing for Playwrights?’ – a panel discussion with award-winning multidisciplinary artist Rachael Young. Additional panellists to be announced.
2:00pm – Break for lunch
3:00pm – Welcome back from lunch3:00pm – Listen to ten, one-minute pitches from Graeae’s network of talented disabled writers
3:10pm – Attend the ‘Meet the Agents’ panel featuring representatives from Casarotto Ramsay & Associates and The Production Exchange, ready to answer your questions about finding representation.
4:10pm – Break
5:15pm – Experience a rehearsed reading of 12 Letters to My Name, a full-length play by Lettie Precious (Royal Court/Kudos Fellow), directed by Kate Lovell
7:15pm – Join us for the closing celebration, final networking and a big thanks
