Join us for the BAFTA nominated BUFF selection Brown Brit and the UK premiere of Under The Gun, marking heavyweight boxer David Haye‘s professional acting debut.

8.40pm – Brown Brit
Brown Brit follows a woman’s journey from an arranged marriage in 1987 India to her new life on a North London council estate raising three children. Told through real archival VHS footage from the 80s and 90s, and created by her family and friends (including her three daughters), this film is a tribute to a mother’s resilience, her bravery in defying societal norms, and her unwavering commitment to forging her own destiny, for both herself and for her daughters.
9.10pm – The Roll Call
This year’s official selections for the 2025 British Urban Film Festival are announced for the first time.
9.40pm – Under The Gun
Deep in London’s criminal underbelly, two detectives join a poker game where the stakes are higher than they ever imagined. Under The Gun is the debut film of world heavyweight boxing champion David Haye and features Kevin McNally (Pirates of the Caribbean, The Crown and Downton Abbey).
This screening will be followed by a Q&A with the filmmakers and lead cast.
