We also want to extend our thanks to Jackie O’Sullivan, who continues as a Trustee, for her valuable contributions to Rich Mix as Interim Co-Chair since Michael Keith’s, Co-Founder and Chair, departure in February 2024.

Kate’s background as a business leader and innovator is already proving a tremendous asset, and we are excited to see the fresh perspectives she brings to the team. Together, Kate and Sangna will lead Rich Mix with a shared vision, ensuring we continue to be a vibrant hub for creativity and community in East London.

Founder of We Got POP, a FilmTech company that revolutionised extras casting in film and TV, Kate has built and scaled technology that drives smarter and fairer outcomes. Kate is passionate about the power of culture to bring people together and brings her experience spanning strategy, commercial growth, and financial oversight to the position of Co-Chair.
