Jack (Peter Vack) is an Internet gambler living in NYC who becomes fixated on Scarlet (Julia Fox), a cam girl from San Francisco. His obsession reaches a boiling point when fantasy materializes in reality and Jack sees Scarlet on a rainy Chinatown street.
