Critical Collective and HW4P Presents Gaza: Doctors Under Attack – Dr Ghassan Abu-Sittah Speaks Sun 21 Jun

Gaza: Doctors under Attack is a forensic investigation into the impact of Israeli military operations on Gaza’s healthcare system. This urgent documentary examines evidence of widespread destruction across the territory’s medical infrastructure, where all 36 main hospitals have been damaged or destroyed.  Over 1700 healthcare workers – including doctors and surgeons- have been killed, and hundreds have been detained, with many tortured or mistreated while held without charge in Israeli prisons.

The screening will be followed by a discussion between Palestinian surgeon Ghassan Abu-Sittah, Dr Moosa Qureshi and a representative from Basement Films (producers of Gaza: Doctors Under Attack) about silencing among regulators such as OFCOM and especially the GMC.

Funds raised will go to crowdjustice to help defend Dr Ghassan’s case: War Surgeon Cleared by Tribunal Must Now Defend Himself in High Court.
