When our physical freedoms become limited, our creativity becomes even more important. Creativity unlocks inner resources for dealing with stress, solving problems and enjoying life.

Led by Art Therapist Louise Sunderland, this workshop aims to explore the importance of living creatively in fostering resilience to face the challenges life brings. In this two hour session you will learn:

  • what creativity is and why it is important for building resilience;
  • how to tailor your personal creative journey using art therapy tools;
  • the beneficial effect of expressing yourself through drawing activities;
  • to tap into and bring into awareness inner creative resources you can access in your everyday life.

There is no need for participants to have had any previous arts experience or artistic skills to engage with the workshop. Please make sure you have paper and any drawing materials handy.
