Discover rich conversations with research participants about shopping, cooking, budgeting and eating food in families. Much of the research is with British Bangladeshi women although other women and men also contributed including local market stall holders. Conversations focus on uses of cooking oils and fats, perceptions of organic vegetables, and possibilities for breeding organic Bangladeshi vegetable seeds.
