The session will touch on opportunities, practicalities and guidance for artists working towards feature-length filmmaking and will include a filmmaker case study presentation. We encourage attendees to participate in the conversation and exchange experiences of working in the non-fiction field, as well as use this opportunity to connect with each other. More details on speakers will be announced online nearer the festival dates.
The BFI Doc Society Features Fund supports independent non-fiction films and immersive projects from UK filmmakers and producers, intended for theatrical release and prioritising expansive, director-led storytelling. The Fund is made possible through National Lottery funding.
In partnership with Doc Society.
