As part of Pic ’n’ Mix 22/23 ‘Flip the Script’ the theme supports de-colonising the curriculum and we will explore ways to empower pupils to find themselves in the narratives they study and create.

This training session will build educator confidence and knowledge in literacy activity for film. Educators will be equipped with a range of strategies to increase pupil’s interest and understanding of film, developing their voice, an important medium for self-expression.
This CPD is for LBTH teachers participating in Pic ‘n’ Mix 22/23 as well as additional spaces available. The day is funded and offered to colleagues based in Tower Hamlets FREE of charge.
It’s encouraged that Pic ‘n’ Mix Teachers attend the full day but if schools’ commitments do not allow you can share a space with a colleague and/or attend for half a day.
