Fringe! Queer FIlm & Arts Festival present Queering Masculinity Sat 20 Sep

As queer people, our panellists have had the chance to redefine masculinity and what it means to them. In a world struggling with a so-called “crisis of masculinity”, we look to those who have subverted, remoulded and redefined masculinity through a trans and gender non-conforming lens, to ask what healthy masculinity can look like in the current day.

The event will feature an all trans panel discussion looking into how we can create our own relationship with masculinity, especially via the freedom of a gender transgressive route. We’ll look into our run-ins with toxic masculinity, why we think misogyny is on the rise, and also speak on our love for masculinity, too.
