Access

Rich Mix is an accessible venue, and we aim to ensure our events and screenings are accessible to as many people as possible.

For access bookings for any of our events or screenings, please call the Box Office to book on 020 7613 7498 or email boxoffice@richmix.org.uk. These are not currently available to purchase online. All online offers are available to purchase over the phone.

    via a ramp at the main entrance on Bethnal Green Road

  • Lifts

    provide access to all gallery, performance, and cinema spaces.

  • Infrared hearing systems

    Headsets available in some spaces and cinema screens on request.

  • Accessible toilets

    Four across the venue with RADAR locks

  • Hearing loops in our Box Office, Stage and Studio spaces

    Most hearing aids can connect by switching to the ‘T’ position.

  • Wheelchair bays

    available in all three of our cinema screens.

  • Portable FM radio system with neck loops and headsets

    Can be provided on request.

  • CEA cards accepted

    which allow disabled guests to bring a carer free of charge.
