The film follows three stories: Alzira and her family, who have been baking for generations but are struggling to keep their business alive in a changing world, Kiran and his co-workers, who have migrated to Goa to set up a bakery and Marius, a recent returnee to his home state, who is on a mission to reclaim the bread of his past.
