As if the events of Avengers: Endgame weren’t traumatic enough for the world (and the rest of the universe), Earth now faces a brand-new threat following an unexpected tragedy.
The Eternals – who were created by the Celestials, an ancient race of matter-manipulating beings (you know, like Peter Quill’s dad in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2) – have been in hiding for over 7000 years, but are forced to reform by this new disaster.
Putting their secret identities aside, they must now combine their unique powers to protect humanity from those pesky Deviants. Oscar winner Chloé Zhao (Nomadland) directs this new instalment of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
