A group of ten promising photographers were mentored by Simon, photographer and author of Don’t Call Me Urban! The Time of Grime, over the eight weeks. Their photos were then exhibited at Rich Mix in April as part of the launch of Lost Dreams, Simon’s book which remembers the role youth clubs played in the evolution of early Grime culture.
This project was part of Rich Mix Resonates, a new initiative bringing local people together with artists to co-create culture for our main programme.
