Open to all Tower Hamlets secondary schools, the event is facilitated by UK Jewish Film’s education manager Rachel Burns, and runs from 10am – 12.45pm. After the film screening there will be a Q&A with Holocaust education experts.

Aimed at Year 9 students and above, the event is free of charge. All participating schools will receive a pre-viewing and after viewing learning resource pack.

Since this partnership event was established in 2016, each year more schools have been able to join us and feedback from those who have attended has been consistently excellent. We very much hope that even more local schools will have the opportunity to attend in 2023.

Please note the maximum capacity of the venue is 180 so places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. To book places for your school, contact UK Jewish Film education manager Rachel Burns: rachel.burns@ukjewishfilm.org.

The films and Q&A session were engaging and thought provoking. Pupils had good discussions and the feedback was very positive.
