This is a leadership-oriented role for a dynamic mid-career artist, curator, or cultural producer who is deeply connected to Global Majority music scenes in the UK.

IN-HOUSE AT RICH MIX

The Lead Music Curator role is part of our wider development programme In-House; a bold blueprint to centre the voices, talent and leadership of Global Majority artists and creatives, and those with lived experiences underrepresented in senior creative roles, in shaping the future of arts centres.

We’ve spent the past year listening to artists, curators, and communities to build a development model that creates not just opportunity, but long-term change.

The result is In-House; a three-year programme that provides opportunities for artist networking, mentoring and trainig for mid-career creatives looking to progress into leadership roles. In-House is generously supported by the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation.
