To make her son understand that external appearance has nothing to do with inner beauty, Fatema Ferdousi conspires with a girl called Shova. Shadhin genuinely falls for Shova and vice-versa, but the problem is that Shova’s father expects her to marry according to his choice.

Tensions arise when in a heated argument, Shova’s father reveals a secret about Fatema Ferdousi’s identity to Shadhin that is linked to the Liberation War of 1971.
