About the Artist Facilitators

Josh-Susan Enright is an actor/writer working in theatre and film. They have performed across the UK in venues such as The Birmingham Rep and Bush Theatre with Outbox Theatre Company. They also believe the creative arts are essential for education.

Di Jones freelance career in community and celebratory arts has taken her the length and breadth of Britain designing and facilitating visual arts workshops, and making puppets, processional images, costumes and installations with schools and communities. Di’s more recent experiments have led her to deliver exciting workshops exploring light and shadows with puppetry and storytelling, often upcycling ‘waste’ everyday materials.

Wajid Yaseen is a Manchester-born, London-based artist whose work draws on an inter-disciplinary approach to develop sound-based works encompassing installations, live performances, acoustic music, graphic scores, and sound sculptures.

He has always been interested in sound since he was a child when he discovered he wanted the same hearing range as his neighbour’s dog. All of his work since has been about sound.

Ruth Sullivan is a Foley Artist who usually works in film and TV but also specialises in live theatre Foley. Recent favourite projects include Killing Eve, Bodyguard, The Death of Stalin and The Rubbish World of Dave Spud, which she manages to fit in whilst directing plays and performing in Opera Houses. She says: “Foley can be the greatest fun, creating noises for everything from volcanoes erupting to the sound of the sea. Plus you’re allowed to make a mess…”
