In this panel event, performance artists will share experiences and exchange recipes in an informal and intimate space for conversations around a kitchen table.
Since ‘home’ is somewhere filled with the smell of good food, several ingredients will be combined at the intersection of cultural identities and politics of care. Food traditions will be subverted and redefined, asking us to reflect on the importance of knowledge and transmission for the reshaping of the world and its expectations. How do we reimagine queer community and their spaces?
