This event follows on from an evening of performances from Queering Now.
Iconic model, musician, witch, and artist Ayesha Tan Jones launches the Queering Now After Party with the first act of their dystopian opera ‘Parasites of Pangu’, exploring the world through the story of an archeologist of the future, based on a Chinese creation myth. The event culminates in a mass queer party, with the spotlight fixed firmly on on local artist, producer and DJ Chooc Ly! Not limited by a specific genre, though with a penchant for infectious and futuristic club music, Chooc Ly will bring a signature of blend of experimental, collapsing and flawless sounds to round off this celebration of the power and potential of queer Chinese expression.
