Come dance your socks off with a vinyl set by crate scrapper Stephen Budd, playing some of his finest findings in grooves, jazz and chef’s kiss disco hooks. Also manning the decks for that night is Jana Saleh whose DJ set will bring together the best of levant sounds and funk bangers.
Lazarus Arts & Culture is a UK-based organisation that focuses on artistic and cultural events. The crow is the symbol of death, Lazarus of resurrection. This contrast is anything but unusual for the Beirut natives Anthony Semaan, Jana Saleh and Roy Jamhouri. Together, they have over thirty years of combined experience launching and fostering cultural initiatives in Beirut and around the world. Driven by a mutual desire to create, impact and cross invisible borders, the trio have teamed up to launch Lazarus, an organization for Arts & Culture in London.
