Show up as you are, drop the social masks and allow your raw, authentic self to express in a safe space of mindfulness in movement where body and soul unite.

We will start the dance journey with a gentle somatic warm up and continue with movement improvisation as well as free form ecstatic dance, surrendering to the music, freeing our bodies from habitual patterns and experiencing a state of freedom, joy and ease.

Dance for your wellbeing. Dance because it feels good. Dance because no other form of expression will do justice to how you are feeling. Dance to find your flow.

* no dance experience needed, all welcome!
* wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water with you;
* no alcohol, no shoes and no judgement on the dance floor;
* the dance floor is a chat free zone to facilitate going within.

Andreea is a performer and coach, with over 15 years experience of performative and therapeutic movement practice and she will draw from various somatic modalities to guide you through this session.

A really nice activity to forget everything for a couple of hours and feel your mind and body much lighter afterwards.
