For one of the protestors, being forcibly moved from the land wouldn’t only mean an end to the protest, but a return to life on the streets.

Barricades are erected and tunnels dug. According to them, this struggle is not only to save the trees, but to save the planet.

This observational documentary explores the realities of protest and the motivations of those who are prepared to sacrifice everything for a greater cause, even in the face of overwhelming odds.

The film will start at 8pm and will be followed by a Q&A with the film’s director and Larch Maxey (who features in the film). Chaired by Hilary Wainwright (Founding editor, Red Pepper magazine).
