Mehfil, is a spoken word & poetry night which brings together people, collectives, and communities from all walks of life.

For the past few weeks as part of the Rich Mix Resonates: Mehfil programme, Daytimers have been conducting workshops on creation, poetry, and self expression and building together a Zine which will launch at the evening of the Mehfil with proceeds going to help the Pakistani flood victims.

A first of its kind event, the participants of Rich Mix Resonates will be involved in all elements of organising the Mehfil – from creating the zine to hosting the event, and performing as well as a few other surprises along the way.

Rich Mix Resonates is a programme that brings local people together with artists and collectives at Rich Mix to make connections, start collaborations and co-create culture.
