After working intensively with poet coaches provided by the Poetry Society, 14 Tower Hamlets schools are bringing classes to the exciting Slam Finale when chosen representatives from each class will perform, either individually or in groups the poetry they have written on the theme “In This Our City” .

Tower Hamlets Schools Library Service is delighted to work with the Poetry Society to hold this event for schools, with generous funding from Arts Council England and Samuel Butler Educational Foundation.
