Chantice runs her own yoga & wellness business called Zenwithchan where she uses healing and self care with yoga and movement to guide and support people to become their authentic self. Chantice is very passionate about allowing people to tap into themselves . To understand themselves & have unconditional love within.

10.30am: Wellbeing Workshop: Freedom of Movement
Led by Julia Cheng & Ffion Campbell-Davies of House of Absolute who specialise in creating performance works that combine disciplines of dance, music, poetry, theatre, voice amongst other art forms. Both artists have been working collaboratively together for over 10 years and this session will explore movement improvisational tools, body openings, breathing exercises, vocal toning and movement meditation. This is open to absolute beginners, professional artists of all disciplines, and everything in between.

10.30am: Wellbeing Workshop: Vocal Play and Singalongs with Sharon Harris
The Sauti Ya Kazi workshop, which means – “Active Voice” in Swahili, is for all abilities and encourages one to tune into their throat and stomach focal points (also known as Chakras), using fun exercises that support public speaking, presenting, as well as singing. This workshop is to encourage you to know that your voice is worthy of being heard, no matter what.

Join Fly High Workshops for a session of play and song. No previous experience necessary.

Join Sherona Knight and Chia Phoenix in a super fun, energetic street dance workshop that will have you learning old and new dance styles and have fun whilst you keep fit! Sherona is an ex commercial dancer/choreographer who’s worked with the likes of Beyonce, Whitney Houston, And choreographed videos for Bashy, Fallacy and Paigey Cakey.
