The Events and Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support and operational co-ordination for the events and sales team and all private hires business.

Working in a busy events department within a multi-purpose arts venue, the Events and Sales Coordinator role is predominantly office based with the occasional requirement to be onsite during events that may be outside office hours and at weekends.

Reporting to the Events and Sales Manager, the Events and Sales Coordinator deals with a range of events including conferences, private screenings, weddings, boardroom meetings, artistic hires, and film and television production and contributes to meeting the ambitious sales targets for private hires at Rich Mix.
